Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ripley's 박 권 started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Sandhurst got a freekick which was hit by 김 묵. Sandhurst's 강 왕 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 판 사 in the 4th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when 최 가 got free with 봉 종 in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If 판 사 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute, 판 사 made a precise shot to the right of 강 왕. Sandhurst's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 정 국 in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 강 왕 saved Sandhurst from getting behind. In the 17th minute, 이 해 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 18 minutes, 최 가 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sandhurst and the Ripley players grew even worse after the yellow card. 박 권 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 24th minute 판 사 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 강 왕 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, 최 안 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 김 대 kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 김 현 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 강 왕 having to interfere. 정 국 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, 이 이 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute 정 국 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 강 왕 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sandhurst's 강 왕 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 박 권 in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th match minute, Ripley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 김 현 to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When 이 이 came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Sandhurst fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 이 이 couldn't finish the play. 최 복's late challenge caught a Ripley's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 최 복 helped the player get up and apologised. The long shot by 판 사 in the 56th minute really tested 강 왕's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 봉 종 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 최 가 in the 60th minute of play. 강 왕 made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when 판 사 sent off a good shot on target. 정 국 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. 강 왕 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 박 권 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If 정 국 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Sandhurst getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. 이 해 hit a great ball. 판 사 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when 정 국 got free with 강 왕 in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 83rd minute, 박 권 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If 정 국 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 봉 종 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 최 가, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. The supporters of Sandhurst booed when Ripley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. 김 현 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 김 범's late challenge caught a Sandhurst's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 김 범 helped the player get up and apologised. When 최 복 was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 98 minutes had been played. In the 98th minute, 최 복 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ripley played a much better game than Sandhurst and deserved their victory. The Sandhurst players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
