Spectators: 3802 (Terracing: 3401, Seating: 401, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Andres Feutrill started the match with the kick off. Blake Mcneven kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. 8 minutes into the game, Andres Feutrill was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kiata's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hollisdale the free kick. In the 10th minute, Duke Triplett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Douglas Carr recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andres Feutrill kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Kiata's zone, Douglas Carr stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Billy Ritter came out of the goal and Douglas Carr tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Douglas Carr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Billy Ritter having to interfere. Douglas Carr could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Billy Ritter made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Kiata's zone, Douglas Carr stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Billy Ritter came out of the goal and Douglas Carr tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Billy Ritter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duke Triplett in the 31st minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Blake Mcneven made a precise shot to the right of Bradshaw Jeffress. Hollisdale's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Bickford Toth kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Duke Triplett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Billy Ritter having to interfere. Andres Feutrill kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Arthur Simpson made a precise shot to the right of Billy Ritter. Kiata's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

After 52 played minutes Hollisdale got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Sparrow. Blake Mcneven might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bradshaw Jeffress. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Blake Mcneven ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Carr in the 61st minute of play forced Kiata's goalkeeper Billy Ritter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute Duke Triplett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Billy Ritter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Douglas Carr had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Billy Ritter. Kiata's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Douglas Carr was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Douglas Carr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Billy Ritter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Duke Triplett hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After 76 played minutes Kiata got a freekick which was hit by Bickford Toth. Douglas Carr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Douglas Carr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Billy Ritter having to interfere. In the 86thth minute of the game Douglas Carr who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kiata's Billy Ritter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Potter Adair fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kiata's protests and gave Potter Adair a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th match minute, Kiata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Potter Adair to maneuver through the defense. If Tony Carragher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Hollisdale's Douglas Carr in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kiata's goalie prevented a goal. Douglas Carr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Billy Ritter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Hollisdale had played much better football throughout.
