Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Carmichael Schulze made the kick off and thus started the match. Berkeley Trevena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmichael Schulze in the 6th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiger Powderham in the 8th minute of play forced Redlynch's goalkeeper Tommy Pavkovic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodney Easther's late challenge caught a Cockatoo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodney Easther helped the player get up and apologised. Rodney Easther kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Andres Kreck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tommy Pavkovic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Kreck in the 10th minute of play. Tommy Pavkovic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiger Powderham in the 13th minute of play. Redlynch's Carmichael Schulze got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andres Kreck scored 0-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Pavkovic, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 26 minutes into the match, Redlynch's goal looked a bit too open when Andres Kreck came free, but Tommy Pavkovic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Berkeley Trevena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmichael Schulze, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Tiger Powderham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Pavkovic having to interfere. A collision led to Redlynch getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Rodney Easther hit a great ball. Tiger Powderham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Tommy Pavkovic tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jesse Voller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Andres Kreck ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Pavkovic was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 45th minute, Tiger Powderham made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Pavkovic. Redlynch's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Andres Kreck made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Jesse Voller kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Pavkovic. That made the score 0-4 in the 55 minute of play. Rodney Easther was shown his second yellow card after 59 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Redlynch's Rodney Easther got a free kick in the 60th minute. 63 minutes into the match, Redlynch's goalkeeper Tommy Pavkovic had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bryant Batterham. If Andres Kreck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, Redlynch's goal looked a bit too open when Bryant Batterham came free, but Tommy Pavkovic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Ned Willding hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Pavkovic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiger Powderham, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Redlynch's goalkeeper Tommy Pavkovic had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andres Kreck. Tommy Pavkovic made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Jesse Voller sent off a good shot on target. When Jesse Voller came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Cockatoo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jesse Voller couldn't finish the play. Jesse Voller recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over Cockatoo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Redlynch throughout the match.
