The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Berkeley Trevena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cod Duncan, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 13th minute, Russel Mcneven reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Berkeley Trevena. The goal made the score 1-0. Berkeley Trevena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dacosta Bodimeade in the 16th minute. Berkeley Trevena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cod Duncan, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. A hard shot 19 in the game by Crawford Mcwilliam from a close distance when the talented Berkeley Trevena managed to make a qualified save. Ottaba FC's players were relieved. The goalkeeper, Berkeley Trevena, was totally fooled by Beckom FC's Dacosta Bodimeade, who 34 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 37th play minute Crawford Mcwilliam came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Berkeley Trevena. 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Crawford Mcwilliam managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beckom FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Crawford Mcwilliam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Berkeley Trevena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 41 minutes into the game, Beckom FC's Dacosta Bodimeade nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Berkeley Trevena made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0.

The wind increased when Andres Kreck made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Russel Mcneven shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berkeley Trevena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Ottaba FC defense, Cod Duncan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Berkeley Trevena. The Ottaba FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Berkeley Trevena should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Crawford Mcwilliam in the 55th minute of play forced Ottaba FC's goalkeeper Berkeley Trevena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ottaba FC's Berkeley Trevena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dacosta Bodimeade in the 56th minute of play. Berkeley Trevena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dacosta Bodimeade in the 58th minute of the match. Berkeley Trevena didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cod Duncan went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. After 66 minutes of play, Ottaba FC's Bryant Batterham made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ronald Parryman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Beckom FC's Ronald Parryman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Beckom FC from getting a goal against them. In the 72nd minute, Bryant Batterham ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ronald Parryman was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-2. Berkeley Trevena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dacosta Bodimeade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Berkeley Trevena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Crawford Mcwilliam in the 77th minute of the match. Berkeley Trevena didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Crawford Mcwilliam went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-2 was the resulting score. In the 88th minute Cod Duncan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berkeley Trevena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Ottaba FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dacosta Bodimeade came free, but Berkeley Trevena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Bryant Batterham was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ottaba FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Beckom FC the free kick. Bryant Batterham kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cod Duncan in the 91st minute of play forced Ottaba FC's goalkeeper Berkeley Trevena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, Ottaba FC's Tiger Powderham dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 8-3. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Beckom FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ottaba FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
