Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arnold Adamson started the match with the kick off. After 7th play minutes Arnold Adamson shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Kirby Loch and just under the crossbar into goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Arnold Adamson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kirby Loch. That made the score 3-0 in the 10 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Bruce Withy took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Kirby Loch to make any attempt to save it. Bruce Withy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Kirby Loch made a huge save. Arnold Adamson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kirby Loch came out and tried to block the shot, but Arnold Adamson slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 20th minute. Arnold Adamson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 28 minutes into the match, Arnold Adamson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kirby Loch, 7-0. When Arnold Adamson came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Wallacia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnold Adamson couldn't finish the play. Maribyrnong FC's Kirby Loch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Maribyrnong FC from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Arnold Adamson took a quick shot and it went in 8-0 without a chance for Kirby Loch to make any attempt to save it. If Arnold Adamson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jones Rosenboom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berny Holdsworth in the 45th minute of the match. Arnold Adamson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 8-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaffery Crapp to make the kick off. In the 54th minute of the game, Downing Rutledge landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Arnold Adamson charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arnold Adamson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Wallacia getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Arnold Adamson hit a great ball. In the 56th match minute, Maribyrnong FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luke Edwards to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the match, Wallacia's Arnold Adamson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kirby Loch narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Berny Holdsworth kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Arnold Adamson might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kirby Loch. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arnold Adamson ran back to his position shaking his head. Bruce Withy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Arnold Adamson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arnold Adamson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kirby Loch having to make a save. Berny Holdsworth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jones Rosenboom having to interfere. Kirby Loch stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnold Adamson's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maribyrnong FC's goalkeeper Kirby Loch, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arnold Adamson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kirby Loch having to interfere. After having played for 90 minutes, Arnold Adamson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wallacia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnold Adamson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Berny Holdsworth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Jones Rosenboom made a huge save. Maribyrnong FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Blake Goodbun in the 94th minute. A nice corner shot did that Blake Goodbun got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jones Rosenboom quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 96 minutes into the game, Arnold Adamson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Kirby Loch was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wallacia walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
