Spectators: 9225 (Terracing: 6920, Seating: 2122, VIP seats: 183) Cabana Motel FC's Grzegorz Parajewski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Piotr Naumowicz kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. In the 3rd minute Rafael van der Vaart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wit Raszek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 4th play minutes Bengt-Rune Rolfsson shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Wit Raszek and just under the crossbar into goal. Thomas Grandison who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Wit Raszek when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Glasston's zone, Grzegorz Parajewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlton Convine came out of the goal and Grzegorz Parajewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Grzegorz Parajewski hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Cabana Motel FC's Wit Raszek got control of the ball when Thomas Grandison tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cabana Motel FC's Wit Raszek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael van der Vaart in the 17th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Mete Golob had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wit Raszek. Cabana Motel FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mete Golob was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 30thth minute of the game Rafael van der Vaart who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cabana Motel FC's Wit Raszek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 31st minute, Norm Plummer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Glasston were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Cabana Motel FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mack Veitch took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Cabana Motel FC's goalie and right to Jim Schmeltzer. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Cabana Motel FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. A collision led to Cabana Motel FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Grzegorz Parajewski hit a great ball. Wit Raszek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thomas Grandison in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute, Glasston's Bengt-Rune Rolfsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. Piotr Naumowicz charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Piotr Naumowicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Piotr Naumowicz hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute, Rafael van der Vaart got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 44th play minute Bengt-Rune Rolfsson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Wit Raszek. 6-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rafael van der Vaart was the one to do the kick off. Wit Raszek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thomas Grandison went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Wit Raszek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael van der Vaart in the 54th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Thomas Grandison put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Wit Raszek. Wit Raszek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Rune Rolfsson in the 58th minute of play. In the 59thth minute of the game Thomas Grandison who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cabana Motel FC's Wit Raszek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Cabana Motel FC's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Grandison came free, but Wit Raszek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Glasston's Carlton Convine proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Glasston from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Mete Golob put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Wit Raszek. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Rafael van der Vaart managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glasston's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafael van der Vaart was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wit Raszek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wit Raszek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aron Warren, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Wit Raszek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mete Golob's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Wit Raszek came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Glasston's Thomas Grandison. But to his dismay, Thomas Grandison quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. Glasston's Bruce Mcgrath was substituted for Thomas Grandison. Rafael van der Vaart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 84 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cabana Motel FC! Mack Veitch shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Rafael van der Vaart's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wit Raszek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. In the 94thth minute of the game Rafael van der Vaart who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cabana Motel FC's Wit Raszek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 96 minutes, Rafael van der Vaart managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glasston's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafael van der Vaart was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rafael van der Vaart's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wit Raszek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Glasston fully deserved thier win.
