With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horacio Jesus Carvallo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 25 minutes into the match, Danilo Zárate had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ksawery Witkowski. Magallanes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Danilo Zárate was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 29 minutes into the match, Magallanes's goal looked a bit too open when Ni Zhen Feng came free, but Ksawery Witkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Qi Qing hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Horacio Jesus Carvallo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Kiliz in the 47th minute of the match.

57 minutes into the match, Baez FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Dessauer came free, but Horacio Jesus Carvallo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Magallanes's Christiano Soffia managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Filip Balonek in the 59 minute of the game. Baez FC's Horacio Jesus Carvallo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Kiliz in the 60th minute of play. A collision led to Magallanes getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Anacleto Dessauer hit a great ball. Magallanes's Juan Mondaca was substituted for Peio Raggio. The supporters of Baez FC booed when Magallanes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anacleto Dessauer didn't get a good kick on the ball.
