The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. O. M. G. DaRush stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucian Dărăscu's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Lucian Dărăscu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but O. M. G. DaRush made a huge save. Roman Pietrasz came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Clue Team Challenge 2024's Azure Meadow. But to his dismay, Azure Meadow quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 22 minutes into the match, Clue Team Challenge 2024's goalkeeper O. M. G. DaRush had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucian Dărăscu. Clue Team Challenge 2024's O. M. G. DaRush played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucian Dărăscu in the 27th minute of play. When Lucian Dărăscu came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the FC Kolanijo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucian Dărăscu couldn't finish the play. Cyprian Klawki struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. O. M. G. DaRush didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Kolanijo. After a rather tough play, Clue Team Challenge 2024's Roy Cordu got a free kick in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the match, FC Kolanijo's goal looked a bit too open when Azure Meadow came free, but Roman Pietrasz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. O. M. G. Lucian Dărăscu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 46thth minute tested the skills of O. M. G. DaRush when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arty Eightman to make the kick off. Azure Meadow recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Whiskers McFish blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roman Pietrasz having to make a save. O. M. G. Clue Team Challenge 2024's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucian Dărăscu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Roman Pietrasz made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Azure Meadow sent off a good shot on target. FC Kolanijo's Roman Pietrasz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save FC Kolanijo from getting a goal against them. Manny Mills hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Kolanijo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Clue Team Challenge 2024 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
