M. G. DaRush reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marlin FC's Anastasio Janpier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arty Eightman in the 10th minute of play. If Giovanni Rana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Clue Team Challenge 2024 defense, Yin Yang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of O. M. G. DaRush. The Clue Team Challenge 2024 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that O. M. G. DaRush should have stopped the shot. In the 21st minute Dong Xiong Sang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but O. M. G. DaRush saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anastasio Janpier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roy Cordu in the 23rd minute of play. After 27 played minutes Marlin FC got a freekick which was hit by Dong Xiong Sang. In the 30th minute, one of Clue Team Challenge 2024:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Clue Team Challenge 2024. If Whiskers McFish had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yin Yang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. O. M. G. DaRush tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 46 played minutes Marlin FC got a freekick which was hit by Isidoro Urko. In the 48th minute, Isidoro Urko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

With a little luck, Marlin FC's Anastasio Janpier got control of the ball when Whiskers McFish tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marlin FC's Anastasio Janpier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Marlin FC from getting a goal against them. O. M. G. DaRush made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dong Xiong Sang in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dong Xiong Sang in the 60th minute of play forced Clue Team Challenge 2024's goalkeeper O. M. G. DaRush to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. O. M. G. DaRush took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dionisio Panpili, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. O. M. G. DaRush showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yin Yang, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Marlin FC's zone, Arty Eightman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anastasio Janpier came out of the goal and Arty Eightman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marlin FC's Teobaldo Cilio was substituted for Ismael Iglesias. O. M. G. DaRush showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dong Xiong Sang, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Marlin FC's goalkeeper Anastasio Janpier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manny Mills.
