A sloppy throw-in by Rocky Ravine in the 3rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Here Comes the Hammer's Balhikapungava Bonk. Tage Deckbergh hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Azure Meadow took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christer Åkesson. Christer Åkesson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 32nd minute Zaaki Zakas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but O. M. G. DaRush saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Smoggy Hills hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tage Deckbergh's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but O. M. G. DaRush read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. If Tage Deckbergh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Here Comes the Hammer players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Clue Team Challenge 2024 were winning 0-1.

Clue Team Challenge 2024's Manny Mills was substituted for Roy Cordu. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zaaki Zakas to make the kick off. Azure Meadow could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Christer Åkesson made a huge save. Christer Åkesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arty Eightman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jonas Hansson fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Here Comes the Hammer's protests and gave Jonas Hansson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th minute, Jonas Hansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A sloppy throw-in by Robby The Rancher in the 61st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Here Comes the Hammer's Zaaki Zakas. Zaaki Zakas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. O. M. G. DaRush tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clue Team Challenge 2024's Snoop Fiddlefaddle was substituted for Diego Goalzalez. Smoggy Hills kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. O. M. G. DaRush made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tage Deckbergh in the 80th minute of play. Christer Åkesson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manny Mills in the 82nd minute. 85 minutes into the match, Here Comes the Hammer's goalkeeper Christer Åkesson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joaquin Fiat. In the 90th minute, Joaquin Fiat fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 92 minutes into the match, Here Comes the Hammer's goalkeeper Christer Åkesson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manny Mills. O. M. G. DaRush took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaaki Zakas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. O. M. G. DaRush stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tage Deckbergh's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Clue Team Challenge 2024 played a much better game than Here Comes the Hammer and deserved their victory. The Here Comes the Hammer players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
