Raimundo Salvadore started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute Mieszko Pilsudski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Jago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Daustad's zone, Dan Saville stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jo Øverås came out of the goal and Dan Saville tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jo Øverås took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantino Joanes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Rawmarsh booed when Daustad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mats Bentsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raimundo Salvadore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Jo Øverås tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Curtis Folan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jo Øverås was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. After 19 minutes of play, Rawmarsh's Raimundo Salvadore made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mieszko Pilsudski in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mateo Jago saved Rawmarsh from getting behind. Alberigo Mancini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Mateo Jago made a huge save. 32 minutes into the match, Daustad's goal looked a bit too open when Micco Maradudin came free, but Jo Øverås reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Saville in the 34th minute of play forced Daustad's goalkeeper Jo Øverås to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mieszko Pilsudski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mateo Jago read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Jo Øverås showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Saville, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 46 minutes into the game, Raimundo Salvadore was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rawmarsh's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Daustad the free kick. Raimundo Salvadore hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Mateo Jago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mieszko Pilsudski in the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mieszko Pilsudski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Mieszko Pilsudski came up free with the goalie in the 50th minute, the Daustad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mieszko Pilsudski couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Rawmarsh getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Constantino Joanes hit a great ball. Mateo Jago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mieszko Pilsudski in the 52nd minute of the match. Jo Øverås made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raimundo Salvadore in the 53rd minute. Constantino Joanes kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Are Rygg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 59th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mateo Jago. Rawmarsh's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Mateo Jago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mieszko Pilsudski in the 62nd minute of the match. Mateo Jago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberigo Mancini in the 66th minute of play. Alberigo Mancini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Rawmarsh's zone, Are Rygg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mateo Jago came out of the goal and Are Rygg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dan Saville who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 71stth minute tested the skills of Jo Øverås when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jo Øverås showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantino Joanes in the 72nd minute of the match. Raimundo Salvadore who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Jo Øverås when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Curtis Folan fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rawmarsh's protests and gave Curtis Folan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 78th match minute, Rawmarsh was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Curtis Folan to maneuver through the defense. Rawmarsh's Ralf Welch was substituted for Frank Blake. Alberigo Mancini took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mateo Jago. Rawmarsh's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Roman Godoy hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. 96 minutes into the match, Rawmarsh's goal looked a bit too open when Mieszko Pilsudski came free, but Mateo Jago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Rawmarsh players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Daustad from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
