But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robby The Rancher couldn't finish the play. Azure Meadow might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Justo Musko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Azure Meadow ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 16th minute Justo Gomesano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but O. M. G. DaRush saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Azure Meadow kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. If Cebo Ponte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esteve Udalaitz hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After 23 played minutes BLACK LIONS got a freekick which was hit by Isaias Iratxo. The crowd rose to their feet as BLACK LIONS's Cebo Ponte slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of O. M. G. DaRush. That made the score 1-1 after 31 minutes of play. Justo Musko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arty Eightman, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Arty Eightman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Azure Meadow in the 39th minute of play forced BLACK LIONS's goalkeeper Justo Musko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. O. M. G. DaRush showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cebo Ponte, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. BLACK LIONS were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Clue Team Challenge 2024's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cebo Ponte took the corner. BLACK LIONS's Zdzislaw Motowski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but O. M. G. DaRush in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 43 minutes into the match, Clue Team Challenge 2024's goal looked a bit too open when Cebo Ponte came free, but O. M. G. DaRush reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Guy Thorax was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Justo Gomesano managed to get in a good position for a shot. BLACK LIONS's supporters rose to their feet, but Justo Gomesano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. O. M. G. DaRush breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice moves Azure Meadow could shoot a difficult shot in the 60th minute, which Justo Musko however easily saved by the left post. O. M. G. DaRush made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zdzislaw Motowski in the 63rd minute of play. With a little luck, BLACK LIONS's Justo Musko got control of the ball when Arty Eightman tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cebo Ponte in the 71st minute of play forced Clue Team Challenge 2024's goalkeeper O. M. G. DaRush to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Justo Musko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arty Eightman in the 73rd minute of the match. Cebo Ponte struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. O. M. G. DaRush didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BLACK LIONS. In the 76th minute Manny Mills shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justo Musko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. O. M. G. Justo Musko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arty Eightman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manny Mills got free with Justo Musko in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cui Ting Guang kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, BLACK LIONS's Cui Ting Guang got a free kick in the 98th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
