The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. O. M. G. DaRush made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Róbert Pál-Szabó sent off a good shot on target. Champions Iasi's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Iustin Coporan in the 10th minute. The corner ended in Iustin Coporan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Clue Team Challenge 2024's O. M. G. DaRush did a great save. 15 minutes into the match, Clue Team Challenge 2024's goalkeeper O. M. G. DaRush had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iustin Coporan. In the 16th minute of the match Champions Iasi got a corner. Clue Team Challenge 2024's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Iustin Coporan ran over to the corner to take the kick. Through an outstanding action, after 27 minutes, O. M. G. DaRush successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Róbert Pál-Szabó got free with O. M. G. DaRush in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Clue Team Challenge 2024's zone, Iustin Coporan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. O. M. G. DaRush came out of the goal and Iustin Coporan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Champions Iasi getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Vasile Tarchilă hit a great ball. When Robby The Rancher came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Clue Team Challenge 2024 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robby The Rancher couldn't finish the play. O. M. G. DaRush took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbert Pál-Szabó, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Irinel Aldea charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Irinel Aldea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Champions Iasi's Irinel Aldea got a free kick in the 46th minute. 48 minutes into the match, Champions Iasi's goal looked a bit too open when Robby The Rancher came free, but Frank Lauria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Clue Team Challenge 2024 made a substitution. Manny Mills replaced Roy Cordu. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arty Eightman to strike the kick off in the second half. O. M. G. DaRush showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vasile Mumuleanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. O. M. G. DaRush stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vasile Mumuleanu's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iustin Coporan in the 62nd minute of play forced Clue Team Challenge 2024's goalkeeper O. M. G. DaRush to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clue Team Challenge 2024 made a substitution. Snoop Fiddlefaddle replaced Diego Goalzalez. In the 66th minute Clue Team Challenge 2024 were awarded a corner. Robby The Rancher went to the cornerflag to take it. Iustin Coporan struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. O. M. G. DaRush didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Champions Iasi. After 74 played minutes Champions Iasi got a freekick which was hit by Ioan Andone. Manny Mills was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Clue Team Challenge 2024's O. M. G. DaRush played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasile Mumuleanu in the 80th minute of play. 81 minutes into the game, Clue Team Challenge 2024's Manny Mills nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Frank Lauria made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. O. M. G. DaRush made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Róbert Pál-Szabó in the 86th minute of play. Dan Ingelborghs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Vasile Mumuleanu made a precise shot to the right of O. M. G. DaRush. Clue Team Challenge 2024's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. With a little luck, Champions Iasi's Frank Lauria got control of the ball when Joaquin Fiat tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Champions Iasi had won after a very even match.
