After a defensive mix-up in Glentown FC's zone, Mattijs Berghmans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kent Beckeman came out of the goal and Mattijs Berghmans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anton Axelsson made in the 6th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Valhalla Time's Raimundo Rexino. Kent Beckeman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattijs Berghmans in the 7th minute of play. The supporters of Valhalla Time booed when Glentown FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Gunnarsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute Mattijs Berghmans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kent Beckeman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Glentown FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mattijs Berghmans came free, but Kent Beckeman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute Mattijs Berghmans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kent Beckeman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hasta Alfonso might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Federico Kalinowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hasta Alfonso ran back to his position shaking his head. 32 minutes into the game, Mattijs Berghmans cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Kent Beckeman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kent Beckeman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mattijs Berghmans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Glentown FC's Hasta Alfonso got a free kick in the 38th minute. Mattijs Berghmans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valhalla Time's attentive Raimundo Rexino managed to snatch the ball when Anton Axelsson made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game. A nice corner shot did that Alejo Marz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kent Beckeman quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Kent Beckeman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mattijs Berghmans in the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
In the 51st match minute, Valhalla Time was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro Virila to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 53 minutes, Mattijs Berghmans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valhalla Time's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mattijs Berghmans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 54th minute Mattijs Berghmans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kent Beckeman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Valhalla Time's Augusto Distiratsu got a free kick in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hasta Alfonso in the 56th minute of play forced Valhalla Time's goalkeeper Federico Kalinowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Valhalla Time fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 78th minute, Leandro Virila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kent Beckeman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rickard Soned in the 86th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Arif Tugay Tüzün managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glentown FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arif Tugay Tüzün was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Federico Kalinowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 94 minutes, Harry Sandström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Glentown FC and the Valhalla Time players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 94 played minutes Glentown FC got a freekick which was hit by Harry Sandström. Kent Beckeman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Odon in the 96th minute of play.
Valhalla Time were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Glentown FC for a fine match.
