Emmanuel Dandy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Deka Mardiansyah went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to S.E. Pindorama Eagles getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Carlos Eduardo Alves hit a great ball. After 21 played minutes S.E. Pindorama Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Eduardo Alves. BLACK STAR FC's Emmanuel Dandy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ştefan Magheran in the 27th minute of play. After 29 minutes BLACK STAR FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nildo Meireles who took care of the corner kick. The corner led S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Carlos Eduardo Alves to fire away a dangerous shot which Emmanuel Dandy despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Lin Yan Yan managed to get in a good position for a shot. BLACK STAR FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lin Yan Yan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vassilis Nentakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlos Eduardo Alves kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucien Ratté was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute S.E. Pindorama Eagles were awarded a corner. Nildo Meireles went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Nildo Meireles got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Emmanuel Dandy quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 57th minute, Ştefan Magheran ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emmanuel Dandy was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Ştefan Magheran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emmanuel Dandy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. S.E. Emmanuel Dandy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frits van Gaal, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. BLACK STAR FC's Emmanuel Dandy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frits van Gaal in the 87th minute of play. A hard shot 89 in the game by Marcelo de Mendonça from a close distance when the talented Vassilis Nentakis managed to make a qualified save. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's players were relieved. 92 minutes into the match, BLACK STAR FC's goal looked a bit too open when Frits van Gaal came free, but Emmanuel Dandy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

S.E. Pindorama Eagles's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
