Pombal 2003 F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aílton Carvalho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mihály Medgyesi in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cauan Carvalho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihály Medgyesi in the 10th minute of play forced Xiboquinha FC's goalkeeper Cauan Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Betinho Leite hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Zé Galvão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Marinho in the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Pombal 2003 F.C. were awarded a corner. Percival Gomes went to the cornerflag to take it. Cauan Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihály Medgyesi in the 22nd minute of play. With an all-out effort, Xiboquinha FC's Zé Galvão threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cenap İlbilge, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Cauan Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihály Medgyesi in the 28th minute of play. If Olavo Moreno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodrigo Marinho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zé Galvão came out and tried to block the shot, but Rodrigo Marinho slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 34th minute. Cenap İlbilge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Galvão having to interfere. In the 41st match minute, Xiboquinha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Betinho Leite to maneuver through the defense. Antonio Navarro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauan Carvalho having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Percival Koehler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute of the match Jörgen Falck sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zé Galvão skillfully saved the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mihály Medgyesi made a kick off. In the 60th minute Xiboquinha FC were awarded a corner. Olavo Moreno went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Olavo Moreno got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zé Galvão quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Mihály Medgyesis short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Cauan Carvalho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Aílton Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st minute Aílton Carvalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Galvão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aílton Carvalho in the 72nd minute of play forced Pombal 2003 F.C.'s goalkeeper Zé Galvão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xiboquinha FC's Santiago Ascacíbar was substituted for Cenap İlbilge. Aílton Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Caetano Simões left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Xiboquinha FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. When Xiboquinha FC's Caetano Simões in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
