Tostão van Beek charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tostão van Beek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Barbosa van Beek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ted Tinglöv, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the game, Ted Tinglöv cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Barbosa van Beek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 20th minute Tostão van Beek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Turina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gwen Wegers kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Bennvar Nikkinen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Barbosa van Beek made a huge save. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Ted Tinglöv got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Bennvar Nikkinens short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Barbosa van Beek to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Barbosa van Beek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ted Tinglöv in the 32nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ted Tinglöv in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Barbosa van Beek saved Beek City from getting behind. After 42 minutes of play, Beek City's Tostão van Beek made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Turina was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 46th minute, Tostão van Beek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Beek City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After the first half Beek City were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Richy Demeulemeester was the one to do the kick off. In the 59th minute, Tostão van Beek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barbosa van Beek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ted Tinglöv in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th minute Ted Tinglöv shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barbosa van Beek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tostão van Beek got free with Ivan Turina in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 71 minutes into the match, Beek City's goal looked a bit too open when Ted Tinglöv came free, but Barbosa van Beek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ted Tinglöv in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Barbosa van Beek saved Beek City from getting behind. Beek City's Barbosa van Beek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ted Tinglöv in the 73rd minute of play. Barbosa van Beek came out of the goal and Ted Tinglöv tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 94 minutes, Ted Tinglöv managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ted Tinglöv was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Beek City to win.
