Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by C. A. Potrero's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Blue Dolar was slow to take the kick. During this time Belgrano de Pibasog's players had a chance to rest. The crowd rose to their feet as Judas Verón kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emil Arendarski. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. After 19 minutes, Clemente Gaizkine mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Belgrano de Pibasog and the C. A. Potrero players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Belgrano de Pibasog getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Clemente Gaizkine hit a great ball. Potrero's Emil Arendarski. Emil Arendarski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Potrero defense, Judas Verón kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emil Arendarski. The C. A. Potrero fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emil Arendarski should have stopped the shot. C. A. Potrero's Emil Arendarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Judas Verón in the 57th minute of play. Judas Verón fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Arendarski having to interfere. Bernardo Raggio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karol Borowski in the 81st minute of the match. Judas Verón sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Belgrano de Pibasog fully deserved thier win.
