Honorio Oso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryszard Olejarz, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Honorio Oso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zenon Rydzyk in the 21st minute of the match. Ryszard Olejarz's late challenge caught a Apocalípticos & Caóticos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ryszard Olejarz helped the player get up and apologised. After 24 played minutes FC Gomolki got a freekick which was hit by Ryszard Olejarz. When Timoteo Ponce came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Apocalípticos & Caóticos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timoteo Ponce couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute, Atilano Muc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Honorio Oso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zenon Rydzyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dalmacio Herauso to make the kick off.
