The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Wilton Vale came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the TAQUARI FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilton Vale couldn't finish the play. 7 minutes into the match, TAQUARI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kılıçalp Akgün came free, but Rodolfo Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodolfo Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beliran Poblaciones, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute of the match AntraX FDP. got a corner. TAQUARI FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Serafín Alcalde ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on AntraX FDP.'s corner Serafín Alcalde fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rodolfo Salgado quite easily take care of the ball. Vitor Agulla hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute Wilton Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kjell Trengereid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute, Wilton Vale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilton Vale in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kjell Trengereid prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilton Vale in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kjell Trengereid saved AntraX FDP. from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kılıçalp Akgün in the 22nd minute of play forced TAQUARI FC's goalkeeper Rodolfo Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, AntraX FDP.'s Segundo Balmaceda ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rodolfo Salgado. Rodolfo Salgado yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Segundo Balmaceda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
