In the 8th minute Százhalombattai LK were awarded a corner. Jiang De Yi went to the cornerflag to take it. Hugo Hernandez tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Freddie de Nooijer. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-1 in the 8th minute. Lopez Arrillaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Freddie de Nooijer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vampiros Aztecas's Freddie de Nooijer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lopez Arrillaga in the 16th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lopez Arrillaga in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Freddie de Nooijer saved Vampiros Aztecas from getting behind. The supporters of Százhalombattai LK booed when Vampiros Aztecas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elliott Granqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 28 played minutes, Százhalombattai LK's Jiang De Yi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Freddie de Nooijer came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Százhalombattai LK reached it. 38 minutes into the match, Vampiros Aztecas's goal looked a bit too open when Lopez Arrillaga came free, but Freddie de Nooijer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Macedonio Fonticoba made a kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 53 minutes, Freddie de Nooijer successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tanek Nakoneczny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niklas Sule in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lopez Arrillaga in the 55th minute of play forced Vampiros Aztecas's goalkeeper Freddie de Nooijer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tanek Nakoneczny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dé Töpper, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lopez Arrillaga hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Százhalombattai LK made a substitution. Lóránt Hoffman replaced Lopez Arrillaga. In the 63rd match minute, Százhalombattai LK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lopez Arrillaga to maneuver through the defense. Niklas Sule fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tanek Nakoneczny having to interfere. The supporters of Százhalombattai LK booed when Vampiros Aztecas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niklas Sule didn't get a good kick on the ball. The throw-in from Hugo Hernandez in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Százhalombattai LK's Kornél Huszti. Vampiros Aztecas's Delmiro Ferrer was substituted for Dé Töpper. With an all-out effort, Százhalombattai LK's Freddie de Nooijer threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Félix Dobó, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Százhalombattai LK's Tanek Nakoneczny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmiro Ferrer in the 87th minute of play. If Delmiro Ferrer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Raúl-Alberto Equino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tanek Nakoneczny was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The whistle blew for the end of the second half and the match was still tied. The players were able to take a short break before lining up again for extra-time.

In the 104th minute Lóránt Hoffman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddie de Nooijer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 107 minutes, Sixten Trillkott managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Százhalombattai LK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sixten Trillkott was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Freddie de Nooijer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernát Szuper in the 108th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernát Szuper in the 112th minute of play forced Vampiros Aztecas's goalkeeper Freddie de Nooijer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Freddie de Nooijer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lóránt Hoffman in the 115th minute of play. The score was still level after an even and exciting first-half in extra time. The players took a moment to grab a drink and get instructions from their managers before swapping ends.

A throw-in in the 126th minute of the game was made by Benicio Cedro with Raúl-Alberto Equino as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Százhalombattai LK's Kornél Huszti managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hugo Hernandez in the 130 minute of the game. Neither team seemed willing to take risks during extra-time and the defenses won out. The match would now go to a penalty shoot-out.

In the 135th minute there was a penalty for Vampiros Aztecas. Atilano Tallia stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tanek Nakoneczny. 2-1. The referee gave Vampiros Aztecas a penalty, 137 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Niklas Sule, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Százhalombattai LK's Tanek Nakoneczny. 3-2. Tanek Nakoneczny had in the 140thth minute some difficulties stopping Hugo Hernandez's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Hugo Hernandez succeeded in the game's 140th minute to get real power on a long shot . Százhalombattai LK's Tanek Nakoneczny hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 4-2! In the 142nd minute there was a penalty for Vampiros Aztecas. Rodolfo Hori stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tanek Nakoneczny. 5-3. Vampiros Aztecas:s Tanek Nakoneczny showed great skill when he stopped Kornél Ács:s penalty. Százhalombattai LK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
