Santio Ilarraz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dennis Bergkamp's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. In the 6th minute Dennis Bergkamp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santio Ilarraz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardo Silva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis Bergkamp in the 29th minute of play forced Aɾɳσɾ FC.'s goalkeeper Santio Ilarraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victor Hugo Aristizábal in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rangel Shevkenov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 32 minutes of play, DARAS's Donyo Kalúpchiev made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santio Ilarraz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dennis Bergkamp might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santio Ilarraz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dennis Bergkamp ran back to his position shaking his head. 37 minutes into the match, Aɾɳσɾ FC.'s goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Bergkamp came free, but Santio Ilarraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 37 played minutes Aɾɳσɾ FC. got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Silva. In the 38thth minute of the game Dennis Bergkamp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aɾɳσɾ FC.'s Santio Ilarraz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dennis Bergkamp in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santio Ilarraz saved Aɾɳσɾ FC. from getting behind. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Rangel Shevkenov successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victor Hugo Aristizábal to strike the kick off in the second half. Dennis Bergkamp scored 0-2 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Santio Ilarraz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. DARAS's Rangel Shevkenov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Hugo Aristizábal in the 56th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Martxel Palmer during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Martxel Palmer hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Dennis Bergkamp managed to get in a good position for a shot. DARAS's supporters rose to their feet, but Dennis Bergkamp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santio Ilarraz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. DARAS made a substitution. Zahari Kerekov replaced Anastas Lukov. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aɾɳσɾ FC.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Geno Boykov was slow to take the kick. During this time DARAS's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on DARAS's corner Geno Boykov fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Santio Ilarraz quite easily take care of the ball. Santio Ilarraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donyo Kalúpchiev, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 85 minutes into the match, Aɾɳσɾ FC.'s goal looked a bit too open when Donyo Kalúpchiev came free, but Santio Ilarraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute of the match, Donyo Kalúpchiev tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Santio Ilarraz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. DARAS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
