The audience thought a goal was coming when Benedicto Oriol got free with Dominik Lofthouse in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 18 minutes into the match, Radomil Mietus notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of AC Wild Broncos Ψ's Kristiaan Roulin. Kristiaan Roulin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dominik Lofthouse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Oriol in the 25th minute of play. With a little luck, Club Sportivo Quilmes's Dominik Lofthouse got control of the ball when Benedicto Oriol tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Verón in the 32nd minute of play forced AC Wild Broncos Ψ's goalkeeper Kristiaan Roulin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benedicto Oriol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Dominik Lofthouse made a huge save. Dominik Lofthouse made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Benedicto Oriol sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Club Sportivo Quilmes's Federico Totakoxe got a free kick in the 40th minute. If Benedicto Oriol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, AC Wild Broncos Ψ's Miroslav Klose got a free kick in the 43rd minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Radomil Mietus made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Gaudencio Gotzon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Wild Broncos Ψ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaudencio Gotzon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dominik Lofthouse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Oriol in the 57th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Club Sportivo Quilmes's Kristiaan Roulin threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sebastian Verón, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of AC Wild Broncos Ψ booed when Club Sportivo Quilmes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Fidalgo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute Benedicto Oriol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominik Lofthouse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 62 minutes Club Sportivo Quilmes's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rodolfo Guillen who took care of the corner kick. Dominik Lofthouse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Oriol in the 81st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Radomil Mietus in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kristiaan Roulin saved AC Wild Broncos Ψ from getting behind. Club Sportivo Quilmes played a much better game than AC Wild Broncos Ψ and deserved their victory. The AC Wild Broncos Ψ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
