TAQUARI FC's Roque Roa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fortunato Osas in the 4 minute of the game. Lorencio Palafox made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilton Vale in the 7th minute of play. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Negev FC's goalkeeper Lorencio Palafox, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Wilton Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilton Vale took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lorencio Palafox. Lorencio Palafox dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A collision led to Negev FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Fortunato Osas hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciro Torrascasana got free with Rodolfo Salgado in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lorencio Palafox showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Pilas in the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st match minute, Negev FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fortunato Osas to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the match, Wilton Vale had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lorencio Palafox. Negev FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilton Vale was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Lorencio Palafox didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilton Vale went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Wilton Vale struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Lorencio Palafox didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TAQUARI FC. The Negev FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. TAQUARI FC were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jerrald Fernandez made a kick off. Wilton Vale might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lorencio Palafox. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wilton Vale ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, TAQUARI FC's Pabla Zuniga got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 61st minute, Wilton Vale left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TAQUARI FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. 66 minutes into the game, Wilton Vale cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Lorencio Palafox was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. TAQUARI FC made a substitution. Kabiru Rotimi replaced Geraldo Moura. TAQUARI FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
