Youri Maguet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Harold Combettes in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Noisiel's Harold Combettes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Youri Maguet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 32 minutes, Diego Farges managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Noisiel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diego Farges was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Youri Maguet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Harold Combettes went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Noisiel's Shi Ying Yang got a free kick in the 74th minute. After 75 played minutes Noisiel got a freekick which was hit by Shi Ying Yang. Youri Maguet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jules Berna in the 85th minute of play. Gustave Rat scored 2-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karlheinz Ludecke, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 94th minute Bart Last shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karlheinz Ludecke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noisiel's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
