An unexpectedly hard shot by Yu Ting Jian in the 2nd minute of play forced KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's goalkeeper Pedro Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 3 minutes into the game, Valiant F.C's Stanyo Kobakov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Coelho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Charly Alberti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jon Connell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. In the 14th minute, KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's Charly Alberti ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jon Connell. Jon Connell yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Charly Alberti in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jon Connell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 19th minute KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946 were awarded a corner. Cacey Walker went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that William Simão got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jon Connell quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Pedro Henry hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Jon Connell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charly Alberti in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute, Charly Alberti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jon Connell was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Pedro Henry kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 45th minute Gonzalo Astrada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Coelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stanyo Kobakov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's Pedro Coelho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946 from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Valiant F.C booed when KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Simão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valiant F.C's Pedro Henry was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pedro Coelho in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 70 minutes into the game, KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's Charly Alberti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
