Spectators: 46 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Racing Miami Futbol Club's Truman Crockett started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Clemente Clemente made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Truman Crockett sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 13 in the game by Truman Crockett from a close distance when the talented Clemente Clemente managed to make a qualified save. Charlotte FC's players were relieved. Charlotte FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Romeo Raulo scored to the left of an out of position Clemente Clemente, making the score, 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Charlotte FC's zone, Truman Crockett stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clemente Clemente came out of the goal and Truman Crockett tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the match, Romeo Raulo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clemente Clemente. Charlotte FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romeo Raulo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After 32 minutes of play, Charlotte FC's Vicente Rafferty made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jarrod Leary was left in no man's land by his defense there! Racing Miami Futbol Club's Anton Swanson got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Peter Hood came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Racing Miami Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peter Hood couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaja Jamak in the 40th minute of play forced Racing Miami Futbol Club's goalkeeper Jarrod Leary to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 57th minute, Mitchell Curry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the match, Charlotte FC's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Hood came free, but Clemente Clemente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vicente Rafferty's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Jarrod Leary skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Mitchell Curry recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Chance Adams was substituted for Romeo Raulo. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Charlotte FC! Charlotte FC:s Clemente Clemente showed great skill when he stopped Truman Crockett:s penalty. Charlotte FC's Clemente Clemente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Truman Crockett in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chance Adams in the 74th minute of play forced Charlotte FC's goalkeeper Clemente Clemente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Racing Miami Futbol Club's Chance Adams in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Charlotte FC's goalie prevented a goal. Jarrod Leary was a little too slow when Mitchell Curry got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 3-2. Felix Dias charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Dias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Racing Miami Futbol Club booed when Charlotte FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Dias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jarrod Leary made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vicente Rafferty in the 91st minute. Clemente Clemente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chance Adams, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute Chance Adams shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Clemente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Truman Crockett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Racing Miami Futbol Club fans cheered their team off the field, for while Charlotte FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
