Abílio Barata was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eliseu Aleixo's late challenge caught a Nautilus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliseu Aleixo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Nautilus booed when Stars Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseu Aleixo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Talló in the 11th minute of play forced Stars Academy's goalkeeper Abílio Barata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcus Talló received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Abílio Barata came out and tried to block the shot, but Marcus Talló slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 12th minute. In the 16th minute, Marcus Talló reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Abílio Barata. The goal made the score 4-0. 24 minutes into the game, Viorel Pintilie cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Abílio Barata was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 27 minutes into the match, Stars Academy's goalkeeper Abílio Barata had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcus Talló. Abílio Barata made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Viorel Pintilie sent off a good shot on target. 36 minutes into the game, Viorel Pintilie cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Abílio Barata was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 40 minutes Stars Academy's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wesley Popken who took care of the corner kick. Nautilus's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wesley Popken in the 41st minute. Nautilus's Marcus Talló was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Abílio Barata in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Abílio Barata stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcus Talló's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Stars Academy's Abílio Barata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Talló in the 44th minute of play. Viorel Pintilie's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Abílio Barata firmly grabbed it by the left post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 9-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcus Talló was the one to do the kick off. After 54 minutes of play, Nautilus's Viorel Pintilie made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abílio Barata was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Nautilus booed when Stars Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Faria didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute of the match Wesley Popken sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abílio Barata skillfully saved the ball. 61 minutes into the game, Nautilus's Viorel Pintilie nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abílio Barata made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. Afonso Anjos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Anselmo Branco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abílio Barata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viorel Pintilie in the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viorel Pintilie in the 69th minute of play forced Stars Academy's goalkeeper Abílio Barata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Armando Furlan notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of Stars Academy's Abílio Barata. Abílio Barata was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nautilus made a substitution. Olívio da Silveira replaced Armando Furlan. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Shi Ke Shu put it in 14-0 from a short distance just to the right of Abílio Barata. Abílio Barata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viorel Pintilie, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Stars Academy's Abílio Barata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viorel Pintilie in the 88th minute of play. Abílio Barata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viorel Pintilie in the 94th minute of the match. If Wesley Popken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee ended the match the Nautilus players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
