Franc Merlot came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético Grau Piura's Rosario Martel. But to his dismay, Rosario Martel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético Grau Piura's goalkeeper Calixto Inchaurdi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Calixto Inchaurdi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabino Muguia, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 35 minutes into the match, Atlético Grau Piura's goalkeeper Calixto Inchaurdi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Blasi Asas. In the 35th minute Blasi Asas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calixto Inchaurdi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Calixto Inchaurdi had in the 41stth minute some difficulties stopping Jonatan Robres's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Grau Piura's zone, Gabino Muguia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Calixto Inchaurdi came out of the goal and Gabino Muguia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rosario Martel made a kick off. TiGrEs Fx's Franc Merlot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save TiGrEs Fx from getting a goal against them. Gabino Muguia scored 1-2 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Calixto Inchaurdi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Calixto Inchaurdi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabino Muguia in the 60th minute of play. Calixto Inchaurdi came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by TiGrEs Fx's Blasi Asas. But to his dismay, Blasi Asas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Calixto Inchaurdi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Rancaño, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilberto Rancaño in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Calixto Inchaurdi saved Atlético Grau Piura from getting behind. Calixto Inchaurdi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilberto Rancaño in the 78th minute of play. Calixto Inchaurdi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Rancaño, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Atlético Grau Piura's Calixto Inchaurdi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Rancaño in the 84th minute of play. Edgard Estevez kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Atlético Grau Piura made a substitution. Hamza Emin replaced Rosario Martel. The supporters of Atlético Grau Piura booed when TiGrEs Fx was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Estevez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the game, Papi Davee was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atlético Grau Piura's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TiGrEs Fx the free kick. In the 87th match minute, Atlético Grau Piura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Papi Davee to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute, Arif Oğuz Parsbay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonatan Robres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. TiGrEs Fx were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Atlético Grau Piura to leave the ground with a draw.
