With a little luck, Amboy FC's Agustin Orion got control of the ball when Marco Pero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tiburcio Gaueko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruperto Modestio in the 8th minute of the match. After 10 minutes, Vasile Ştirbu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Academia FC and the Amboy FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tiburcio Gaueko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruperto Modestio in the 11th minute of the match. Tiburcio Gaueko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruperto Modestio in the 12th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cornelio Rius in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiburcio Gaueko saved Academia FC from getting behind. Marco Pero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Agustin Orion came out and tried to block the shot, but Marco Pero slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 20th minute. 23 minutes into the match, Academia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Modestio came free, but Tiburcio Gaueko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Academia FC's Tiburcio Gaueko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Segundo in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruperto Modestio in the 32nd minute of play forced Academia FC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Gaueko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tiburcio Gaueko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Segundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruperto Modestio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Academia FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Marco Pero hit a great ball. Ruperto Modestio scored 1-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tiburcio Gaueko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 42 played minutes Amboy FC got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Hever. 江崇默, 43 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 44 minutes into the game, Linus Fredriksson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Academia FC's Enar Lehepuu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Tiburcio Gaueko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Alberto Abascal in the 46th minute of play. Amboy FC made a substitution. Valentin Urdin replaced Nicolas Segundo. Amboy FC were awarded a corner in the 50th minute after Academia FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wang Hai took the corner. The corner ended in Shi Sha Quan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Academia FC's Tiburcio Gaueko did a great save. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marco Pero to make the kick off. Tiburcio Gaueko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shi Sha Quan, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute Amboy FC were awarded a corner. Wang Hai went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Pero in the 60th minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Agustin Orion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Gaueko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amboy FC were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after Academia FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wang Hai took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Linus Fredriksson heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Academia FC's Tiburcio Gaueko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shi Sha Quan in the 66th minute of play. Linus Fredriksson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tiburcio Gaueko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán got free with Tiburcio Gaueko in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Agustin Orion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Soin in the 83rd minute of play. Academia FC's Tiburcio Gaueko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shi Sha Quan in the 84th minute of play. Tiburcio Gaueko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán in the 88th minute of play. A collision led to Amboy FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Wang Hai hit a great ball. After 95 played minutes Amboy FC got a freekick which was hit by Linus Fredriksson. After a rather tough play, Academia FC's Jairo Nuxila got a free kick in the 96th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Amboy FC's Shi Sha Quan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tiburcio Gaueko. That made the score 1-3 after 97 minutes of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Amboy FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
