Edu Carvalho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Válter Alagoano made a huge save. ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Agroboys SM - CIMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luiz Guilherme Sena took the corner. The corner ended in Amadeu Munhoz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Válter Alagoano did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edu Carvalho in the 9th minute of play forced Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goalkeeper Válter Alagoano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 played minutes Agroboys SM - CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Zeca Medeiros. Edu Carvalho was extremely unlucky when he, in the 15th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Edu Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edu Carvalho got free with Válter Alagoano in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 18 minutes, Edu Carvalho made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Válter Alagoano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Válter Alagoano made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Edu Carvalho sent off a good shot on target. In the 23rdth minute of the game Edu Carvalho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Válter Alagoano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goalkeeper Válter Alagoano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edu Carvalho. In the 26th minute, Edu Carvalho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Válter Alagoano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Elói Lendaa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 34th minute, Edu Carvalho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Válter Alagoano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edu Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Válter Alagoano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edu Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Luiz Guilherme Sena hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when Natanael Prata made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Elói Lendaa came free, but Válter Alagoano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Natanael Prata got a free kick in the 54th minute. Edu Carvalho scored 3-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Válter Alagoano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Válter Alagoano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edu Carvalho in the 62nd minute of play. After 62 minutes of play, ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ's Edu Carvalho made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Válter Alagoano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Válter Alagoano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edu Carvalho in the 65th minute of the match. Darrel Pennington made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frederico Negri in the 67th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Edu Carvalho notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Válter Alagoano. Válter Alagoano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Amadeu Munhoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ made a substitution. Benjamin de Lara replaced Amadeu Munhoz. Inácio Queirós hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Válter Alagoano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. In the 82nd minute, Lauro Leite made a precise shot to the right of Válter Alagoano. Agroboys SM - CIMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. After a defensive mix-up in Agroboys SM - CIMZ's zone, Elói Lendaa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Válter Alagoano came out of the goal and Elói Lendaa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fu Yang Peng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Válter Alagoano having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Lauro Leite's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Válter Alagoano was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Lauro Leite hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Darrel Pennington made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Natanael Prata sent off a good shot on target. Válter Alagoano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lauro Leite went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ fully deserved thier win.
