Bourne started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Lobster if getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Johan Arhenius hit a great ball. Jon Berglund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. J.C. Bourne blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Samuel Brodin having to make a save. Samuel Brodin had great luck who in the 16thth minute grab hold of the ball when J.C. Bourne from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Hermanö Oilers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sven-Olof Dalberg in the 19th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robin Hood in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Samuel Brodin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hermanö Oilers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sven-Olof Dalberg in the 23rd minute. The corner led Hermanö Oilers's Sven-Olof Dalberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Samuel Brodin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Robin Hood sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jon Berglund in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Samuel Brodin saved Lobster if from getting behind. In the 38th match minute, Lobster if was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicklas Matsson to maneuver through the defense. Samuel Brodin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dave Di Filippo in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the match, J.C. Bourne had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Samuel Brodin. Lobster if's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that J.C. Bourne was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Hjalmar Askelöf kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when John Carew made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Robin Hood had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Samuel Brodin. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lobster if's goalkeeper Samuel Brodin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58th minute J.C. Bourne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Brodin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. John Carew hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Hermanö Oilers made a substitution. Ingemar Stålman replaced J.C. Bourne. In the 66thth minute of the game Ingemar Stålman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lobster if's Samuel Brodin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Samuel Brodin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dave Di Filippo went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Nicklas Matsson hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Lobster if's Samuel Brodin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Di Filippo in the 78th minute of play. After 81 minutes, Ingemar Stålman made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Lobster if's Samuel Brodin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Samuel Brodin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Di Filippo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, Lobster if's goal looked a bit too open when Dave Di Filippo came free, but Samuel Brodin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Hermanö Oilers fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when Hermanö Oilers's Dave Di Filippo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 91stth minute of the game Dave Di Filippo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lobster if's Samuel Brodin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lobster if's Samuel Brodin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingemar Stålman in the 92nd minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, Dave Di Filippo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Samuel Brodin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There was no doubt that Hermanö Oilers were the better team. Hermanö Oilers's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
