After 4 minutes of play, pciclon's Santo Normando made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Voluntad AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Santo Normando ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well done corner resulted in Pastor Fidele drilling the ball in to score 0-5 behind Voluntad AFC's goalkeeper. 45 minutes into the game, Valentin Montay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Voluntad AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave pciclon the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Gorka in the 46th minute of play forced Voluntad AFC's goalkeeper Agustin Raymundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th match minute, Voluntad AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaias Sal to maneuver through the defense. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
