Silvano Portillo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Silvano Portillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeca Maranhense in the 10th minute of play. In the 16th minute Cristiano Santirso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Ledesma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute of the match ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ got a corner. Futbol Champagne's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gică Bogdan ran over to the corner to take the kick. 33 minutes into the match, Prospero Jobo notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Futbol Champagne's Jeremias Ledesma. Jeremias Ledesma was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jeremias Ledesma was a little too slow when Cristiano Santirso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 2-2. After a rather tough play, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Tudor Hurezeanu got a free kick in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

With a little luck, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Silvano Portillo got control of the ball when Tiburcio Formerio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tiburcio Formerio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Silvano Portillo made a huge save. 61 minutes into the game, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Cristiano Santirso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeremias Ledesma made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ made a substitution. Saturnino Romo replaced Cristiano Santirso. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Rogelio Gaxan was substituted for Tudor Hurezeanu. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Elberg As was substituted for Dobromir Prokowski. After taking down the ball on ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s corner Dedê Donatello fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jeremias Ledesma quite easily take care of the ball. Saturnino Romo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeremias Ledesma prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Futbol Champagne made a substitution. Leo Blanco replaced Simon Gitano. Futbol Champagne's Amador Lluis was substituted for Tiburcio Formerio. After 83 played minutes ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ got a freekick which was hit by Gică Bogdan. The long shot by Aquiles Otoniel in the 84th minute really tested Silvano Portillo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Amador Lluis scored 5-3 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvano Portillo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 93 minutes into the match, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Rogelio Gaxan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jeremias Ledesma narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 95th minute Saturnino Romo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Ledesma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 97 minutes Futbol Champagne's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gică Bogdan who took care of the corner kick. Rogelio Gaxan was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
