One of Templários MZC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ:s goal. Anacleto Adán placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! 7 minutes into the match, Templários MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Milko came free, but Almir Sarmento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Templários MZC's Zé da Silva managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Téo Matorin in the 17 minute of the game. The supporters of Templários MZC booed when Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Téo Matorin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristiano Messias made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Roger Guedes sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Milko in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Almir Sarmento prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 23 minutes into the match, Templários MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Carlos Madureira came free, but Almir Sarmento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Almir Sarmento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Adán in the 24th minute of the match. Zé Carlos Madureira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Almir Sarmento read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. When Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Zé Carlos Madureira in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 43rd minute of the match Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ got a corner. Templários MZC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zé Carlos Madureira ran over to the corner to take the kick. After some careless play in the Templários MZC defense, Igor Milko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Almir Sarmento. The Templários MZC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Almir Sarmento should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When Igor Milko came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Milko couldn't finish the play. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zé Carlos Madureira in the 60th minute. Almir Sarmento made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Igor Milko sent off a good shot on target. Almir Sarmento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Milko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Templários MZC made a substitution. Noel Furlan replaced Roger Guedes. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Martien Jochemsen was substituted for Igor Milko. After 81st play minutes Martien Jochemsen shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Almir Sarmento and just under the crossbar into goal. Almir Sarmento made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vahit Ergüç in the 87th minute. 90 minutes into the game, Téo Matorin threw the ball into play from the sideline. Templários MZC's Jonathan Neto quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When Noel Furlan came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Templários MZC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Noel Furlan couldn't finish the play. Clemente Medeiros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Almir Sarmento having to interfere. In the 97th minute, Anacleto Adán hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ played a much better game than Templários MZC and deserved their victory. The Templários MZC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
