Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Neno Gudelj got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Crni Tigrovi's goal looked a bit too open when Frode Tobiassen came free, but Nebojša Jerić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Brufoss IL's goalkeeper Leif Opdal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pompiliu Bacalbașa. Pompiliu Bacalbașa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Neno Gudelj struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Leif Opdal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crni Tigrovi. Pompiliu Bacalbașa might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leif Opdal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pompiliu Bacalbașa ran back to his position shaking his head. When Frode Tobiassen came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Brufoss IL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frode Tobiassen couldn't finish the play. Leif Opdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Katančić, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Brufoss IL's goalkeeper Leif Opdal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pompiliu Bacalbașa. In the 21st minute Crni Tigrovi were awarded a corner. Neno Gudelj went to the cornerflag to take it. Crni Tigrovi's Pompiliu Bacalbașa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Leif Opdal in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The crowd rose to their feet as Neno Gudelj kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leif Opdal. That made the score 2-0 in the 27 minute of play. In the 33rd match minute, Brufoss IL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils-Arne Bruvik to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th play minute Pompiliu Bacalbașa came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Leif Opdal. 3-0. In the 39th minute of the match, Pompiliu Bacalbașa got a very nice opportunity to score, but Leif Opdal was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Neno Gudelj received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leif Opdal came out and tried to block the shot, but Neno Gudelj slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 43rd minute. Brufoss IL's Leif Opdal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Brufoss IL from getting a goal against them. Nebojša Jerić didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from August Bergsland went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score.

The wind increased when Frode Tobiassen made the kick off in the second half. Pompiliu Bacalbașa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leif Opdal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Pawel Harendarski was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Neno Gudelj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Leif Opdal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leif Opdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Neno Gudelj, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Brufoss IL made a substitution. Kevin Strømsnes replaced Ole-Kristian Lekven. Brufoss IL's Leif Opdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neno Gudelj in the 75th minute of play. If August Bergsland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nebojša Jerić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kai Østbye, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Pompiliu Bacalbașa kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st match minute, Brufoss IL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils-Arne Bruvik to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute Neno Gudelj shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leif Opdal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leif Opdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Neno Gudelj, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After 92 played minutes Crni Tigrovi got a freekick which was hit by Pawel Harendarski. 97 minutes into the game, Anders Elstad was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brufoss IL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Crni Tigrovi the free kick. After a rather tough play, Brufoss IL's Anders Elstad got a free kick in the 97th minute. Brufoss IL's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
