Angel Mena's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 3rdth minute, Dorival Freire skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Douglas Costa in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dorival Freire prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Premier FC's Gabriel Fonseca got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Premier FC's Dorival Freire proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Premier FC from getting a goal against them. Dorival Freire showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marlon Blue in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 28th minute, West Town SC's Angel Mena ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dorival Freire. Dorival Freire yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Douglas Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angel Mena got free with Dorival Freire in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nicu Moșoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Fonseca in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Fonseca in the 35th minute of play forced West Town SC's goalkeeper Nicu Moșoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Erlin Haaland left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Premier FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. With 43 minutes on the clock, Marlon Blue commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 44 played minutes West Town SC got a freekick which was hit by Marlon Blue. Premier FC's Dudu Gaspar got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gabriel Fonseca to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, West Town SC's goal looked a bit too open when Burkhard Böck came free, but Nicu Moșoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorival Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Mena in the 63rd minute of play. After 63 played minutes Premier FC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Fonseca. Erlin Haaland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erlin Haaland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Nicu Moșoiu made a huge save. Dorival Freire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torres Begal, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Orestas Andriuška recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Torres Begal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Dorival Freire tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicu Moșoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Burkhard Böck in the 96th minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
