Ni Le Zheng had in the 17thth minute some difficulties stopping Ambrosio Estevez's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 21st minute Gustavo-Hernán Vallejo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ni Le Zheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Norberto Brun hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. The AC Batán players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. MORPH were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Steffe Lenaerts to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apolo Rios in the 56th minute of play forced AC Batán's goalkeeper Ni Le Zheng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, MORPH's Ni Le Zheng threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gervasio Phelipe, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 89 played minutes MORPH got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo-Hernán Díaz. MORPH's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
