Dalmacio Ebardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jardel Van Landschoot in the 4th minute of play. In the 11th minute Matías Giménez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Dantel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Social y Dep. Patagonia's attentive Godfredo Valentine managed to snatch the ball when Gaudencio Errolan made a throw-in in the 15th minute of the game. LTA FC's attack was well implemented in the 24th minute, but when Edgar Parajewski was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jardel Van Landschoot in the 34th minute of play forced LTA FC's goalkeeper Dalmacio Ebardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Inocencio Ariando got free with Serafin Dantel in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 38th minute Matías Giménez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Dantel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 40 minutes of play, Social y Dep. Patagonia's Jardel Van Landschoot made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dalmacio Ebardo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Barto Sánchez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Serafin Dantel. That made the score 1-1 in the 45 minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jardel Van Landschoot to make the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Gaudencio Errolan in the 51st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Social y Dep. Patagonia's Godfredo Valentine. Social y Dep. Patagonia's Serafin Dantel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barto Sánchez in the 56th minute of play. With a little luck, LTA FC's Dalmacio Ebardo got control of the ball when Jardel Van Landschoot tried to sneak it across the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Social y Dep. Patagonia's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Parajewski came free, but Serafin Dantel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serafin Dantel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Inocencio Ariando's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. 64 minutes into the game, Jardel Van Landschoot recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dalmacio Ebardo. Jardel Van Landschoot showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Dalmacio Ebardo made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Enzo Pes sent off a good shot on target. Jardel Van Landschoot's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dalmacio Ebardo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Social y Dep. Patagonia's goal looked a bit too open when Barto Sánchez came free, but Serafin Dantel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind LTA FC's goalkeeper Dalmacio Ebardo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Serafin Dantel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barto Sánchez, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. LTA FC made a substitution. Rodrigo Braña replaced Eusebio Frantzes. In the 84th minute of the match LTA FC got a corner. Social y Dep. Patagonia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gaudencio Errolan ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ruben Iztal tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Serafin Dantel. An unnecessary self made goal, 2-2 in the 85th minute. The supporters of LTA FC booed when Social y Dep. Patagonia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruben Iztal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaudencio Errolan came free in the 91st minute and tried to tip the ball over Serafin Dantel, but to the joy of Social y Dep. Patagonia's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. When Everardo Remigio fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Social y Dep. Patagonia's protests and gave Everardo Remigio a yellow card for diving instead. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by Social y Dep. Patagonia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gaudencio Errolan was slow to take the kick. During this time LTA FC's players had a chance to rest. LTA FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
