Dadá Maravilha might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Garibaldo Quijana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dadá Maravilha ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dadá Maravilha got free with Garibaldo Quijana in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 25 minutes into the game, Real Llull de Reus's Dadá Maravilha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Garibaldo Quijana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After having played for 28 minutes, Dadá Maravilha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Llull de Reus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dadá Maravilha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Garibaldo Quijana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dadá Maravilha's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. In the 34th minute, Xabat Armada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Duardo Montero kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Jörgen Bammerman kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute of the match Werner Beeckmans sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Garibaldo Quijana skillfully saved the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
