After having played for 16 minutes, Darko Pančev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pogoń Szczecin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Darko Pančev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Turbo Koksy's Patryk Ranc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darko Pančev in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darko Pančev in the 35th minute of play forced Turbo Koksy's goalkeeper Patryk Ranc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Darko Pančev notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Turbo Koksy's Patryk Ranc. Patryk Ranc was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Darko Pančev came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Pogoń Szczecin fans jumped to their feet. Stefanos Stefanopoulos might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Patryk Ranc. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stefanos Stefanopoulos ran back to his position shaking his head. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The audience was convinced that Darko Pančev's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patryk Ranc was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. 68 minutes into the match, Pogoń Szczecin's goal looked a bit too open when Cyprian Hajduk came free, but Sebastião Xoxe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 72 played minutes Turbo Koksy got a freekick which was hit by Jerzy Seliga. 74 minutes into the game, one of Turbo Koksy:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 79 minutes into the match, Pogoń Szczecin's goal looked a bit too open when Pål Säv came free, but Sebastião Xoxe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the game, Darko Pančev recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Patryk Ranc. Darko Pančev showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Darko Pančev was extremely unlucky when he, in the 91st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Cheng Chao came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Turbo Koksy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cheng Chao couldn't finish the play. If Stefanos Stefanopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pogoń Szczecin's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
