Simon Mignolet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Yuri Portugal hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. If Jannic Roukeloes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Jannic Roukeloes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Radamel Hendrickx. That made the score 1-2 in the 42 minute of play. Simon Mignolet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuri Portugal in the 45th minute of play. After 48 played minutes Free Julian Assange! got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Simon Matthieu. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

In the 54th minute Free Julian Assange! were awarded a corner. Jan-Simon Matthieu went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Tom Araya managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 59 minutes into the match, Free Julian Assange!'s goalkeeper Simon Mignolet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yuri Portugal. 62 minutes into the match, Unai Sócrates dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Simon Mignolet, 1-3. Free Julian Assange!'s Stijn Verdonckt was substituted for Jan-Simon Matthieu. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Simon Mignolet successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 73 minutes into the game, Karel Cromefeldt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Simon Mignolet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Free Julian Assange!'s Simon Mignolet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Free Julian Assange! from getting a goal against them. In the 85th minute Karel Cromefeldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Mignolet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fauna Utd's Dante Huts got a free kick in the 90th minute. Fauna Utd's Radamel Hendrickx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jannic Roukeloes in the 93rd minute of play. After 96 minutes of play, Free Julian Assange!'s Jannic Roukeloes made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Radamel Hendrickx was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fauna Utd's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
