Laurence Van Den Abeele stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dan Kjellman's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. Laurence Van Den Abeele took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Kjellman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute Dan Kjellman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurence Van Den Abeele saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 6 played minutes Apricis Bruxella got a freekick which was hit by Johny Konings. 15 minutes into the match, FC Bal op het Dak's goal looked a bit too open when Wolf De Hond came free, but Maurício Bomba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Kjellman in the 18th minute of play forced Apricis Bruxella's goalkeeper Laurence Van Den Abeele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, FC Bal op het Dak's goal looked a bit too open when Wolf De Hond came free, but Maurício Bomba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johny Konings in the 20th minute of play forced FC Bal op het Dak's goalkeeper Maurício Bomba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johny Konings's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Maurício Bomba firmly grabbed it by the left post. FC Bal op het Dak's Maurício Bomba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wolf De Hond in the 24th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Wolf De Hond made a precise shot to the right of Maurício Bomba. FC Bal op het Dak's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Dan Kjellman sped through Apricis Bruxella's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Laurence Van Den Abeele. Dan Kjellman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Laurence Van Den Abeele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maurício Bomba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wolf De Hond in the 36th minute. In the 43rd minute, Zé Rafael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martijn August to strike the kick off in the second half. 1-2 became the score in the 53rd minute when Artur Mendes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 59 minutes into the match, Apricis Bruxella's goal looked a bit too open when Artur Mendes came free, but Laurence Van Den Abeele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute, Válbson Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Apricis Bruxella made a substitution. Steven Gierman replaced Güney Özboga. After a rather tough play, FC Bal op het Dak's Válbson Almeida got a free kick in the 63rd minute. After some careless play in the FC Bal op het Dak defense, Wolf De Hond kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maurício Bomba. The FC Bal op het Dak fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maurício Bomba should have stopped the shot. Laurence Van Den Abeele came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Bal op het Dak's Artur Mendes. But to his dismay, Artur Mendes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. In the 75th minute Wolf De Hond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Bomba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Artur Mendes notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Apricis Bruxella's Laurence Van Den Abeele. Laurence Van Den Abeele was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Artur Mendes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Apricis Bruxella's Laurence Van Den Abeele proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Apricis Bruxella from getting a goal against them. FC Bal op het Dak were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Apricis Bruxella's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marick Brunt took the corner. The corner led FC Bal op het Dak's Marick Brunt to fire away a dangerous shot which Laurence Van Den Abeele despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 89th minute Artur Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurence Van Den Abeele saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Dan Kjellman made a precise shot to the right of Laurence Van Den Abeele. Apricis Bruxella's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Bal op het Dak's Dan Kjellman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Laurence Van Den Abeele. That made the score 2-6 after 96 minutes of play.
