The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ercole Carbonaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Kisielka in the 4th minute of play. INTER Sosnowiec's Leszek Wielopolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Martinelli in the 5th minute of play. Leszek Wielopolski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Awizo in the 7th minute of play. Ercole Carbonaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leopoldo Villegas in the 10th minute. Ercole Carbonaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ennio Cavaliere, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bludovice's Ercole Carbonaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ennio Cavaliere in the 11th minute of play. INTER Sosnowiec's Leszek Wielopolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Michael Fredriksson in the 12th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roland Oleszak during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th minute Emil Literski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ercole Carbonaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Martinelli might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leszek Wielopolski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gabriel Martinelli ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Michael Fredriksson in the 30th minute of play forced INTER Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Leszek Wielopolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 35 minutes of play, Bludovice's Karl-Michael Fredriksson made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leszek Wielopolski was left in no man's land by his defense there! INTER Sosnowiec's Leszek Wielopolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olgierd Prusek in the 40th minute of play. INTER Sosnowiec's Leszek Wielopolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Awizo in the 52nd minute of play. 52 minutes into the game, Robert Awizo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leszek Wielopolski. Robert Awizo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. In the 55th match minute, Bludovice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jiří Lipenský to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 56 minutes, Leopoldo Villegas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. INTER Sosnowiec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leopoldo Villegas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bludovice made a substitution. Patrik Kašík replaced Robert Awizo. In the 61st minute Bludovice were awarded a corner. Karl-Michael Fredriksson went to the cornerflag to take it. Bludovice's Karl-Michael Fredriksson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Leszek Wielopolski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. INTER Sosnowiec's Leszek Wielopolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Kašík in the 63rd minute of play. Leszek Wielopolski was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Patrik Kašík capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Patrik Kašík really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. INTER Sosnowiec made a substitution. Wlodzimierz Swoboda replaced Herbert Koperski. When Bludovice's Karl-Michael Fredriksson in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
