Matthias Zahn started the match with the kick off. Birdal Nuratay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joachim Krabbe's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Jens Schrape showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermínio Furtado in the 9th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, SARAY A.Ş's Rüstem Çubukcu got a free kick in the 11th minute. Birdal Nuratay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matthias Zahn in the 12th minute. FC Angst vorm Ball's Jens Schrape played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermínio Furtado in the 16th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Boğaç Altuncuoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the FC Angst vorm Ball defense, Hermínio Furtado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens Schrape. The FC Angst vorm Ball fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jens Schrape should have stopped the shot. When Adil Uluerkan fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SARAY A.Ş's protests and gave Adil Uluerkan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 30th minute, Adil Uluerkan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SARAY A.Ş's Birdal Nuratay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save SARAY A.Ş from getting a goal against them. In the 33rd minute, SARAY A.Ş's Kıvanç Torel seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kıvanç Torel the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of SARAY A.Ş protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kıvanç Torel had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 33 minutes into the game, one of SARAY A.Ş:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 37th minute of the match FC Angst vorm Ball got a corner. SARAY A.Ş's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Steven Bachmayr ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jens Schrape took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pacorro Aguilar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the match, FC Angst vorm Ball's goal looked a bit too open when Pacorro Aguilar came free, but Jens Schrape reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SARAY A.Ş's Birdal Nuratay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save SARAY A.Ş from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd minute, Hartmut Hägele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The FC Angst vorm Ball players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SARAY A.Ş were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Boğaç Altuncuoğlu made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boğaç Altuncuoğlu in the 57th minute of play forced FC Angst vorm Ball's goalkeeper Jens Schrape to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the SARAY A.Ş defense, Matthias Zahn kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Birdal Nuratay. The SARAY A.Ş fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Birdal Nuratay should have stopped the shot. In the 71st minute, Eusebiu Molodețiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jens Schrape was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Jens Schrape made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Pacorro Aguilar sent off a good shot on target. In the 75th minute Joachim Krabbe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birdal Nuratay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Birdal Nuratay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joachim Krabbe went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Jens Schrape showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boğaç Altuncuoğlu in the 81st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Matthias Zahn put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Birdal Nuratay. 85 minutes into the match, SARAY A.Ş's goal looked a bit too open when Matthias Zahn came free, but Birdal Nuratay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the game, FC Angst vorm Ball's Marko Köller nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Birdal Nuratay made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. In the 93rd minute, Marko Köller made a precise shot to the right of Birdal Nuratay. SARAY A.Ş's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. FC Angst vorm Ball's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
