Patrick Sandström's late challenge caught a Castelar Sur S.F.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patrick Sandström helped the player get up and apologised. After 20 played minutes Gurdurão got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Sandström. Marcel Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ildefonso Galnares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustão Proença in the 25th minute of play forced Castelar Sur S.F.'s goalkeeper Paris Gontzos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Castelar Sur S.F.'s Paris Gontzos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrão Mala in the 82nd minute of play. Paris Gontzos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elton Titos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Elton Titos sped through Castelar Sur S.F.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Paris Gontzos. Paris Gontzos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedrão Mala, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
