Romain Mesmakers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ben Hazel having to interfere. Kevin Reid struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Carel Van de Schrieck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gloria Steinem Liberty. The throw-in from Thoyib Mangindaan in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Gloria Steinem Liberty's Peter Tracy. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Café DE PLOEG's goalkeeper Carel Van de Schrieck, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 17th minute Ludwig Kloots shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ben Hazel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After taking down the ball on Café DE PLOEG's corner Bert Windelinckx fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ben Hazel quite easily take care of the ball. In the 20th minute, Xiao Kong hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ben Hazel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludwig Kloots in the 21st minute of play. In the 21st minute, Ludwig Kloots made a precise shot to the right of Ben Hazel. Gloria Steinem Liberty's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludwig Kloots in the 30th minute of play forced Gloria Steinem Liberty's goalkeeper Ben Hazel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ben Hazel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romain Mesmakers's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Gloria Steinem Liberty's Ben Hazel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romain Mesmakers in the 47th minute of play.

Gloria Steinem Liberty's attentive Christopher Norfolk managed to snatch the ball when Calistrat Bulcă made a throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game. A collision led to Gloria Steinem Liberty getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Yawei Ma hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Café DE PLOEG's Bert Windelinckx ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ben Hazel. Ben Hazel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Ben Hazel made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Eriberto de Castro sent off a good shot on target. Ben Hazel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto de Castro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes into the match, Café DE PLOEG's Bert Windelinckx broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. Gloria Steinem Liberty's players were relieved. Ben Hazel came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Café DE PLOEG's Brian Verhaghen. But to his dismay, Brian Verhaghen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. A collision led to Gloria Steinem Liberty getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Christopher Norfolk hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the match, Eriberto de Castro notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Gloria Steinem Liberty's Ben Hazel. Ben Hazel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Charles Teuma Castellettis short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Ben Hazel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kevin Reid in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carel Van de Schrieck saved Café DE PLOEG from getting behind. Carel Van de Schrieck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christopher Norfolk in the 97th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Café DE PLOEG walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
