Aleksander Majdoch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rory McCarthy in the 46th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lech Parajewski was the one to do the kick off. Nicholas Perrin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aleksander Majdoch having to interfere. Aleksander Majdoch was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and John Carter capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. John Carter really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. 62 minutes into the game, Narcis Acatincăi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KS Działeczka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maya Angelou Birds the free kick. In the 62nd match minute, KS Działeczka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Narcis Acatincăi to maneuver through the defense. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rory McCarthy couldn't finish the play. Mohammad Hasan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piotr Dziura in the 74th minute of play. Nicholas Perrin's late challenge caught a KS Działeczka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 80 minutes into the game, Izydor Peczkowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
