James Sayers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. rēคl ໓ēຖiຊ's Mondi Cordoba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Ferguson in the 5th minute of play. James Sayers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Musa Aydoğan in the 6th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Helen Keller Vision's goal looked a bit too open when Bedir Erdemli came free, but James Sayers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Musa Aydoğan notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Helen Keller Vision's James Sayers. James Sayers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th minute Bedir Erdemli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but James Sayers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bedir Erdemli in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck James Sayers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Chaffey in the 15th minute of play forced rēคl ໓ēຖiຊ's goalkeeper Mondi Cordoba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the game, Geoffrey Rowe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Mondi Cordoba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mondi Cordoba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geoffrey Rowe in the 21st minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, rēคl ໓ēຖiຊ's goal looked a bit too open when Mark Oliver came free, but Mondi Cordoba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bedir Erdemli in the 38th minute of play forced Helen Keller Vision's goalkeeper James Sayers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the game, Helen Keller Vision's Mark Oliver nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mondi Cordoba made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. David Ferguson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Helen Keller Vision were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and William Chaffey made a kick off. When Bedir Erdemli came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the rēคl ໓ēຖiຊ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bedir Erdemli couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Helen Keller Vision defense, Musa Aydoğan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of James Sayers. The Helen Keller Vision fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that James Sayers should have stopped the shot. 60 minutes into the match, Helen Keller Vision's Geoffrey Rowe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mondi Cordoba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Musa Aydoğan in the 62nd minute of play forced Helen Keller Vision's goalkeeper James Sayers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Bedir Erdemli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. James Sayers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bedir Erdemli, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bedir Erdemli in the 69th minute of play forced Helen Keller Vision's goalkeeper James Sayers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Michael Smith hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Helen Keller Vision made a substitution. Jamie Hutt replaced Geoffrey Rowe. The Helen Keller Vision fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that James Sayers should have stopped the shot. Helen Keller Vision's attentive David Ferguson managed to snatch the ball when Bedir Erdemli made a throw-in in the 76th minute of the game. James Sayers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Musa Aydoğan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. James Sayers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Gerber in the 81st minute of play. The supporters of rēคl ໓ēຖiຊ booed when Helen Keller Vision was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mark Oliver didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Musa Aydoğan in the 84th minute of play forced Helen Keller Vision's goalkeeper James Sayers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mark Oliver's late challenge caught a rēคl ໓ēຖiຊ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mark Oliver helped the player get up and apologised. 86 minutes into the match, Helen Keller Vision's goal looked a bit too open when Musa Aydoğan came free, but James Sayers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bedir Erdemli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without James Sayers having to interfere. After a rather tough play, rēคl ໓ēຖiຊ's Yusuf Baybars got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Ian Sloan's late challenge caught a rēคl ໓ēຖiຊ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ian Sloan helped the player get up and apologised. After 95 played minutes Helen Keller Vision got a freekick which was hit by Ian Sloan. In the 95th minute of the match Danilo Gerber shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but James Sayers showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. There was no doubt that rēคl ໓ēຖiຊ were the better team. rēคl ໓ēຖiຊ's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
