Wolf De Hond sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. LeRoeulx's Teun Verbraecken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wolf De Hond in the 26th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Wolf De Hond's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teun Verbraecken was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. In the 32nd minute Wolf De Hond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teun Verbraecken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Ben Edidiong De Reckheim was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LeRoeulx's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Apricis Bruxella the free kick. Tim Louis hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute of the match Coronel Camba shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teun Verbraecken showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rik Winnepennincks in the 40th minute of play forced Apricis Bruxella's goalkeeper Laurence Van Den Abeele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Rik Winnepennincks managed to get in a good position for a shot. LeRoeulx's supporters rose to their feet, but Rik Winnepennincks was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laurence Van Den Abeele breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teun Verbraecken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wolf De Hond in the 47th minute of the match. The Apricis Bruxella fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Apricis Bruxella's Wolf De Hond looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rik Winnepennincks stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. LeRoeulx's Teun Verbraecken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wolf De Hond in the 56th minute of play. When Johny Konings came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Apricis Bruxella fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johny Konings couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johny Konings in the 58th minute of play forced LeRoeulx's goalkeeper Teun Verbraecken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Apricis Bruxella's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pieter Spethmann in the 59th minute. After taking down the ball on Apricis Bruxella's corner Pieter Spethmann fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Teun Verbraecken quite easily take care of the ball. During the 63rd minute of the match Ben Edidiong De Reckheim completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ben Edidiong De Reckheim a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 63rd minute, Ben Edidiong De Reckheim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 65 minutes into the game, Wolf De Hond cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Teun Verbraecken was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jabbar De Roeulx could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Laurence Van Den Abeele made a huge save. Giovanni Van Mellaert's late challenge caught a Apricis Bruxella's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Giovanni Van Mellaert helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Apricis Bruxella booed when LeRoeulx was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giovanni Van Mellaert didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Giovanni Van Mellaert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Apricis Bruxella made a substitution. Steven Gierman replaced Güney Özboga. After 74 played minutes LeRoeulx got a freekick which was hit by Giovanni Van Mellaert. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wolf De Hond in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teun Verbraecken saved LeRoeulx from getting behind. After a rather tough play, LeRoeulx's Rik Winnepennincks got a free kick in the 80th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Wolf De Hond notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of LeRoeulx's Teun Verbraecken. Teun Verbraecken was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 89th minute, Johny Konings ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teun Verbraecken was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. A collision led to LeRoeulx getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Giovanni Van Mellaert hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the match, LeRoeulx's goal looked a bit too open when Wolf De Hond came free, but Teun Verbraecken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Apricis Bruxella's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
